Those threatened with or considering bankruptcy, and looking for an alternative solution.
Those looking to set up an Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA) to reach a final settlement of their debts.
ClearStart is authorised to advise on and set up a number of debt settlement services.
In addition to the high volume internal insolvency department that deals with hundreds of IVA cases each month, there are a number of preferred partners who have been selected to handle other solutions such as debt management plans.
For the majority of the debt settlement services ClearStart can provide a no-fees solution either internally through the insolvency department or through one of the preferred partners.
There are also preferred partners who offer a professional paid service for a relatively low fee.
